Vegan Brownie? Yes Way!

Wish everyone having a wonderful week, well, as i'm kinda absorbed in so many negativity aspects in life for the past few days, i hope you're not walking the same path as i am at this moment. I don't know. Maybe this is the point of your uni life that, hmm how do i put this into words, well everything ain't no fun y'all know what i mean. Lately, i've been feeling so off and routine seems to be such an annoyance. I need some days off for vacation like, honestly, that's like the only solution popping up right into my head when i think about how do i get motivated to get back into routine and stuff. Oh well, guess i gotta wait for another 40 days to see all these uni and what so ever stuff coming to an end. 

Firstly, i gotta be honest that i am obsessed with weather. The weather has a great amount of contribution to how i feel that day. Secondly, another everlasting obsession of mine, kind of, must be classic chocolate brownie. Not the blondie one. Just classic original chocolate gooey brownie. I've been looking for the vegan brownie recipe but most of them are packed with lots and lots of sugar and lots of oil. It's pretty hard to find the better and healthier option but we also aim for the best taste, aren't we? Lucky me, i came across this recipe by plantbasedjudy on youtube. Her recipe is HCLF (high carb-low fat), and also it's....you better be ready....oil-free and gluten-free!! Whoa, what else do you want in your brownie when you can have the healthiest version? So, with absolutely no doubt, i decided to give it a try and ahhh. It tastes good guys. I actually made this not a long time ago, probably like 2 or 3 months ago and i'm actually planning to make those gooey yummy brownie again. Actually at my first time making this brownie, the base came a little bit dry, so i'm working on it. The probability is i probably, probably, gonna post the perfect and elevated recipe if i could get the moist just like typical chocolate brownie as i always adore.


VEGAN BROWNIE (HCLF + OIL-FREE + GLUTEN-FREE)


Ingredients:
1 cup of oat flour (the original one uses buckwheat, but i have no buckwheat flour, so.)
1-1/3 cups of brown sugar (or you could substitute them with stevia or any natural sweetener according to your taste)
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of soymilk (or any dairy free milk)
1 tsb of baking powder
1 tbsp of flax/chia seeds + 2 tbsp of water (to make the egg substitute)
1 tbsp of crushed almond
